Two drivers in the Patrón GT3 Challenge by Yokohama will have more than a few eyes on them this weekend, with family and friends in town to watch Indiana native, veteran Kendall Smith, and Cincinnati resident, newcomer Kasey Kuhlman, at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Challenge.
The attention of the world’s racing community will be on Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course August 6-8 as the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron and the IZOD IndyCar Series share the weekend’s headline for the state’s largest annual motorsports weekend. Find out more...
After a tremendously successful offering in May, the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón and TodoCast.tv will team to stream next week’s Mid-Ohio Sports Car Challenge – the sixth round of the Series’ 2010 championship. Fans from all over the globe can tune in to americanlemans.com starting at 2:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, August 7 for all the action from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course with race coverage brought to you by Falken Tire.
The grid for the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Challenge grew to 34 cars Friday with the addition of Libra Racing’s Radical SR9-IES to the LMP class. And in LMP Challenge, Luis Diaz and Ricardo Gonzalez will make their return to the Series driving PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports’ ORECA FLM09.
The world’s leading sports car championship – American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón – comes to the Ohio State University campus Tuesday, August 3 with an emphasis on its position as the Global Leader in Green Racing.
Seventeen driver/car combinations were on the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course July 29 to prepare for the Aug. 6-8 Honda Indy™ 200 at Mid-Ohio presented by Westfield Insurance.
