Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course has a long and distinguished history in all forms of motorsports. Many legendary names from every facet of racing have competed and won at the picturesque 2.4-mile, 15-turn road course through the Ohio countryside. Can-Am, Trans-Am, Indy Car, IROC, SCCA and GRAND-AM, as well as many other historic groups, have raced at this track over the years. But there is another form of motorsports that has always had a very prominent role in the vast history of Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and that tradition continues in July with a virtual plethora of motorcycle racing and activities.
Announced after the release of the AMA Pro Racing Daytona SportBike presented by AMSOIL preview, one of the most prolific motorcycle road racers in the history of the sport will be rejoining the AMA Pro Road Racing scene at the Honda Super Cycle Weekend presented by Dunlop Tire at Mid-Ohio Sport Car Course, July 16-18, 2010.
For the 16th consecutive year, the AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, the nation’s largest celebration of motorcycle history and heritage will return to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for a weekend packed full of exciting events July 9-11.

Drivers from 27 states and three countries, including 34 Ohioans, will get behind the wheel at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this weekend in part of what has become Ohio’s largest, most diverse event dedicated to the history of automobile racing.

Scott Pruett and Memo Rojas combined to win Saturday's EMCO Gears Classic presented by KeyBank, giving them five victories in seven races to extend their Daytona Prototype point lead.

Spencer Pumpelly and Steve Bertheau won Saturday's GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge race at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, after the top two Grand Sport (GS) cars tangled and spun out with less than five minutes remaining.
