Celebrated automobiles from all corners of the world will converge on Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on June 26-28 as the Vintage Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio celebrates 50 years of the Mini Cooper, the event's official marque. Vintage sports cars from every era will be on track and on display, including Sports 2000 which will highlight activities on track during a reunion race. Don't miss this show-and-go event full of 10 SVRA group races, special features, plus the annual British Car Showdown and Concours d'Elegance car shows.
 

Featured Marque

SVRA, along with Mid-Ohio Sports Course have selected the Mini Cooper as the feature for 2009 at the Vintage Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio. As the featured marque, the Mini Cooper will be the highlight of many weekend activities including the 11th Annual British Car Showdown.

Vintage Grand Prix Car Show
On Saturday, the British Car Showdown features the Mini Cooper, but any make or model can enter to win various class awards for each marque and a parade lap of the track. Car clubs can also enter the Concours d'Elegance on Sunday to show their car in front of judges and earn a chance to win prizes. A car club ticket can be purchased that includes weekend general admission ticket(s), access to a VIP hospitality area and a lap of the track.
