For gift buyers with racing fans and driving and riding enthusiasts on their lists, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and The Mid-Ohio School are offering dramatic discounts on 2009 race passes and driving and riding courses.
The savings begin with the new VIP Race Pass, which gives fans a way to enjoy an entire season’s racing action at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for under $200.
The discounted price includes Weekend General Admission to all six of the track’s spectator weekends, a reserved grandstand seat, Paddock and Pit Access passes for select events, infield parking, special VIP offers, and more. The pass, a $1,000 value, is available for $199 until noon on December 23, 2008.
Anyone making a ticket or gift certificate purchase of $100 or more by noon on December 23 will also receive $10 in Mid-Ohio Bucks, which can be used toward the purchase of concessions or souvenir items at the track in 2009.
The Mid-Ohio School is also offering a number of great holiday specials. Depending on the driving course, students can save $50, $100 or $150 on each enrollment. And students who purchase the Mid-Ohio All-Action Pass, which includes a choice of driving courses, two VIP Race Passes and merchandise, can save $100. All holiday discounts are available until noon on Dec. 23, 2008, and can be secured with only a $50 deposit.
