Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and The Mid-Ohio School will open its doors this Saturday, October 18 and Sunday, October 19, for a free Community Open House.
The family-oriented event, slated to kick off at 10:00 a.m. each day, will provide people the chance to visit the prestigious 330-acre facility in Lexington, Ohio, to experience behind-the-scenes tours and interactive driving events through The Mid-Ohio School.
Open house attendees will have the opportunity to participate in guided tours of the facility, including the Goodyear Tower, where the Media Center and The Mid-Ohio School classroom is housed, along with VIP suites for corporate hospitality and entertaining. Participants will also be permitted to take their car for a parade lap or two around the 2.25-mile, 13-turn road course. The Mid-Ohio School’s instructors will offer pace car rides, defensive driving demonstrations for teens and adults, and autocross competitions.
