Close Finishes, GS Manufacturer Parity Feature Throughout Four-Hour Races

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – For nearly a decade, two IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge races run an additional two hours beyond the standard-length of two hours, but pack a similar punch of parity and picture-perfect finishes. Daytona International Speedway has hosted the most, with its BMW M Endurance Challenge race running to four hours every year since 2017, while Watkins Glen International, Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, Road America, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course have alternated the second.

Herrin Sweeps With Second Road America Superbike Victory

Josh Herrin charged to his second MotoAmerica Superbike victory on Sunday, with the Warhorse HSBK Racing Ducati rider completing a doubleheader sweep of the two races at Road America.

Herrin won Saturday’s Superbike race over Attack Performance Progressive Yamaha Racing’s Bobby Fong and Tytlers Cycle Racing’s Cameron Beaubier, beating those two by almost three seconds. Beaubier had made a few errors along the way, and Herrin felt a bit lucky in nabbing the 17th AMA Superbike win of his career.

IRVINE, CA (May 29, 2025) – MotoAmerica, North America’s premier motorcycle road racing series, is pleased to announce that beginning with this weekend's round three of its championship at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, May 30-June 1, MotoAmerica’s premier Superbike class will stream live on Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming service, and the NBC Sports NOW channel. Fans will be able to stream both Superbike races for the remainder of the 2025 season on Peacock and NBC Sports NOW, with expanded access to on-demand and broadcast replays through the NBC Sports NOW channel.
