As a member of the Corner Worker team, duties will include: 

• Working trackside at various locations throughout the course.
• Observe competitive on-track racing.
• Be responsible for general flagging duties.
• Provide vital communication during any on-track incidents.

• Ability to communicate clearly in emergency situations.
• Must be able to work well as a team.
• Willing to work in all types of weather conditions.

As a member of the Customer Service team, your daily duties may include:

• Being the first point of contact for customer service for all Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and Green Savoree Racing Promotions events including; Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg presented by RP Funding, BITNILE.COM Grand Prix of Portland, Pacific Office Automation 147, and the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto.
• Assisting in the processing and shipping of event ticket orders and credentials. 
• Provide clerical assistance including but not limited to front gate setup at events, mailing, packing gift bags, etc. 
• Engaging with fans, competitors and VIPs to provide the best at-track experiences. 

Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Customer service and phone skills a must.
• Computer knowledge required for daily tasks and data entry.
• Able to multitask and work as a team.
• Must be able to work all race weekends.

As a member of the Food Service Team your daily duties may include:

• Food preparation for hospitality suites and The Mid-Ohio School participants.
• Providing excellent customer service in one of the many trackside concession stands throughout the course.
• Utilizing food services skills such as grill cooking, food preparation, serving and clean-up. 
• All Food Service staff will be asked to follow all health department guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills a must.
• Must maintain a well groomed and professional appearance at all times.

As a member of the Operations team, your daily duties may include:

• Landscaping including mowing and trimming.
• Janitorial services including trash removal and general repair.
• Light construction.
• Car washing.

Lockers are provided for your personal belongings and extra clothing you may need. 

Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Able to work race weekends and some non-spectator weekends.

As a member of Safety Services your daily duties may include:

• Fire suppression on vehicles including various types of fuels and materials. 
• You may also perform rescue operations on a wide variety of racecars. 

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Valid fire card is preferred but not required (see department manager for more details).
• Willing to work as a team.
• Must be able to handle and communicate well with others in emergency situations.
• Able to work race weekends and some non-spectator weekends.

** Overnight positions are available for race weekends and club weekends

As a member of Security/Guest Services your daily duties may include:

• Providing assistance to all guests at the facility.
• answering questions regarding events and activities on and off the racetrack. 
• Direct traffic flow throughout the facility, and assist with enforcing the facility rules in a courteous and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Able to work 8-12 hour shifts and race weekends.
• Willing to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
