Expanded Race Groups and Track Time on Tap for Vintage Racing Competitors

CHARLOTTE (September 25, 2025) – Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA) has announced its 2026 schedule, offering vintage racers 14 events at premier tracks across America. With a renewed focus on SVRA competition, most events will host a minimum of five run groups, with each group having five 25-minute sessions.

“We’re excited to unveil the 2026 SVRA schedule,” said Michael Printup, Chief Operating Officer of Parella Motorsports Holdings and President of SVRA. “This season, we’ve sharpened our focus and look forward to bringing our vintage racers great competition at the best tracks in America, while providing expanded track time for those competing in SVRA. We can’t wait to get the new season underway.”

The 2026 season will begin with three great events in the Southeast. Kicking off in sunny Florida, SVRA will first visit Sebring International Raceway for one of its biggest events of the year, the Sebring SpeedTour. From there, it’s off to Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta for the Road Atlanta SpeedTour, followed by NOLA Motorsports Park for a special open-wheel invitational.

Next, SVRA will host its first of two races on the West Coast with the Sonoma SpeedTour at Sonoma Raceway, where B Sedan will be the featured class.

May will feature back-to-back events at Road America and Lime Rock Park, where Lime Rock Park will feature a closed-wheel invitational. June starts at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and then moves to the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

New Jersey Motorsports Park will once again host an event in August, before the final back-to-back run of the season, with events at Watkins Glen International and VIRginia International Raceway in September. The Watkins Glen SpeedTour will once again be held in conjunction with the Watkins Glen Grand Prix Festival in the village of Watkins Glen.

As the weather cools down, the competition will heat up as SVRA enters its final three events of the season in October and November. First, the series returns to the West Coast for the Laguna Seca SpeedTour at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. Then, it’s off to Barber Motorsports Park for the second closed-wheel invitational of the season. Finally, the season will close out the same way it has for more than a decade—at Circuit of The Americas for the U.S. Vintage Racing National Championship weekend. The event will culminate in the crowning of the 2026 champions with the SVRA Awards Banquet, as well as the awarding of the coveted Bell Racing Championship Gold Helmets in a tradition held since 2013.
